SUMMARY: Change Order Number 3 for the project titled "Casad Dam Intake Tower Upgrades"
provides for field modification of aluminum handrail, installation of cathodic protection on the tower
gates and additional augmention of the anchorage for the existing guide stem brackets. The work
will be completed on a time and materials basis plus markup. The estimated cost of the change order
is $6,984.15.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): This project is included in the 2004 budget and
covered under a DWSRF loan.
