MOTION:
1) I move to approve the 2004 Budget Adjustment authorizing the funding of $50,000 for
the Communications Plan l_a
2) I move to approve a Professional Services Agreement with Graf-Hoke, Inc. for
communications/marketing services and authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement
in substantially the same form as presented.
