SUMMARY: This is an agreement between the City of Bremerton and Systems Design to provide
ambulance billings service. The original agreement in 1999 allowed for one-year extensions when
mutually agreed upon. With new HIPPA requirements and the contract needing to be renewed each
year, the contract was rewritten. There are no financial changes.
