SUMMARY: The City contracted with Stan Palmer Construction in January, 2003 to construct a
capacity up~:ade to Pump Station EB-2 and various sewer system modifications for combined sewer
overflow reduction in the Trenton Avenue Basin. Change Order No. 3 to this contract upgrades an
associated pump station, improves flow measurement, and addresses various issues identified during
construction.
ATTACHMENTS: SitePlan; Change OrderNo. 3
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Contract cost increased by $134,515.39,
amending the contract maximum amount payable to $1,943,804.57. This work is included in the 2004
budget.
