SUMMARY: The City received a petition from Victor Targett to vacate a portion of First Street
located between Marion and Yantic Avenues. This date has been scheduled for a public hearing in
accordance with state law and the Bremerton Municipal Code for first reading on the proposed
ordinance vacating the subject property. This is a Class III right-of-way and compensation is not
required in accordance with BMC 11.20.0g0. Iq0.
