SUMMARY: An agreement is required between the City of Bremerton and Puget Sotmd Energy for
the undergrounding of Puget Sound Energy's power distribution system on Washington Avenue
between 2nd Street and 4th Street.
ATTACHMENTS: Schedule 74 Underground Conversion- Project Construction Agreement.
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The City's share of $135,800 is funded with
federal and state fimds budgeted for the SR 304 - Downtown Stage 1E Project and with additional
funding provided through an adjacent property/~wner agreement.
