SUMMARY: Hearing Examiner recommendation on a preliminary Planned Unit Development and
plat (File Number BP03-00213) to subdivide .99 acres of land into 14 individual lots in order to
construct 14 townhouses at 1207 Campbell Way. The recommendation included fifteen (15)
conditions to be imposed for final plat approval.

Findings, Conclusions and Recommendation of the Administrative Heating Examiner and approve the

proposed conditions.
