SUMMARY: Chapter 21.02 BMC requires technical corrections to Section 21.02.850 and Appendix
Figures 840 and 895(a) in order to correct the hearing requirements relating to final subdivision plats.
These decisions are subject to a City Council closed record decision rather than an Administrative
Hearing Examiner open record public hearing as currently noted. The proposed ordinance makes the
necessary corrections.
