SUMMARY: The City has been awarded a $1,075,000 Washington State Water Pollution Control
Revolving Fund (SRF) low-interest loan (Application No. FP04097) to fund CSO Reduction
Improvements included in the Cherry and Trenton Avenue Basins. This agreement is under the same
terms and conditions as prior agreements.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Funds would not be available to construct the
Improvements.

Bremerton to receive an SRF Loan for the Cherry and Trenton Avenue Basins, and authorize the
Mayor to finalize and execute the loan agreements subject to City Attomey approval of final relevant
terms and conditions.
