SUMMARY: The City has been awarded a $4,960,000 Public Works Trust Fund Loan to partially
fund CSO Reduction Improvements in the Pacific Avenue Basin. The City was additionally awarded
two Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Loans; $101,000 to partially fund installation ora Chlorine
Generator at the Anderson Creek Pump Station, and $505,000 to fund seismic upgrades to water
reservoirs. These agreements are under the same terms and conditions as prior agreements.

RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move to approve Publig Works Trust Fund Loan No. PW-04-691-
010, Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Loan No. 03-65103-009, and Drinking Water State
Revolving Fund Loan No. 03-65103-010, and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the loan
agreements.
