SUMMARY: This Supplemental Agreement No. 1 adds scope and budget to th~ Professional
Services Agreement with Parametrix, Inc., to allow expanded survey consttuctirn support for the SR
304 Transportation Improvement Project, Missouri Gate Phase.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Revises maximum amount payable for work from

Move to approve Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the existing Professional Services Agreement
with Parametrix, Inc. and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the necessary contract
documents for the agreement.
