SUMMARY: City Council approval is requested to hire Mr. Patric J. Coxon as Wastewater Manager
at a salary of $6123.00 per momh. This equates to Pay Band 15, Rate 7. Mr. Coxon is being hired at
this rate because of his current pay as Wastewater Treatmem Plant Manager. His current pay is Pay
Band 13, Rate 8 at $5685.52. Hiring at Band 15, Rate 7 will result in no loss of salary and an increase
of $437.00 per month.
