SUMMARY: Expenditures in the form of contract modifications related to the Kitsap Conference
Center at Bremerton Harbor Side have been approved by the Director of Economic Development and
the work detailed in the contract modifications has been completed and pursuant to Bremerton City
Code 2.76.500(a) the City Council must approve change orders of an aggregated value exceeding
$250,000.
