SUMMARY: A study session with the Council was held on 06/09/04 to review the 2005
CDBG/HOME Policy Plan and Application. Recommendations from the Council are listed on page A.
An advertised public meeting was held on 6/23/04 and there were no recommended changes from the
public at that time.
