SUMMARY: Pursuant to Ch. 19.27 RCW, the 2003 editions of the International Building Code, the
International Residential Code, the International Mechanical Code, and the Uniform Plumbing Code,
as adopted by the State of Washington, apply to all cities, including the City of Bremerton, effective
July 1, 2004. The proposed ordinance amends the Bremerton Municipal Code to formally adopt the
same.
