SUMMARY: The current provisions of Section 21.02.750 BMC relating to open space requirements
for residential and commercial development are in conflict with the Washington Supreme Court ruling
in Ida Verde Intern. Holdings, Inc. v. City of Camas and may be unconstitutional. The proposed
ordinance repeals Section 21.02.750 BMC in its entirety.
