SUMMARY: The Bremerton Harborside Parking Management hires Diamond Parking as manager
for the Bremerton Harborside Parking Garage for a three year period. The agreement includes a base
rate of $4558 monthly, a 2% incentive for revenues over $40,000 annually, and labor rate for
additional services. It also establishes times for lot checks and maintenance.

RECOMMENDED MOTION: move to approve the Bremerton Harborside Parking Management
Agreement with Diamond Parking for the management of the Bremerton Harborside Parking Garage,
and authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement and other documents necessary to carry out these
agreements in substantially the same form as presented.
