SUMMARY: The current terms of the Agreement between the City of Bremerton and Columbia
Hospitality, Inc. regarding management of the conference center require Columbia Hospitality to
purchase all risk property insurance on the conference center and its furniture and fixtures. Columbia
Hospitality does not have an insurable interest in the conference center or its furniture and fixtures.
The conference center and its furniture and fixtures will be added to the City of Bremerton's insurance
when the City receives ownership of the facility.

I move to approve Amendment No. 1 to Management Agreement between the City of Bremerton and
Columbia Hospitality, Inc. and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the amendment with
substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
