SUMMARY: This Addendum Agreement No. 1 amends the Interlocal Agreement with the City of
Port Orchard to allow for expanded water service to the West 580 pressure zone. The agreement also
delays the construction of the West 580 reservoir.

necessary contract documents for the agreement.
