SUMMARY: Sealed bids for construction of the project titled "Shore Drive Sewer - 2004
Improvements" were opened on July 6, 2004. The engineer's estimate for the project is $265,000.
One bid was received for this project. Insituform Technologies, Inc.was the lowest responsive,
responsible bidder with a bid of $308,740.00 (including sales tax).

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The project is funded by a Water Quality Program
State Revolving Fund loan and is included in the 2004 budget. See Exhibit A, Fiscal Summary.
