SUMMARY: Due to changes in the Revised Code of Washington, the current provisions of BMC
9A.48.030 do not correctly reference the appropriate RCW citation regarding criminal impersonation.
The proposed ordinance corrects the citation relating to criminal impersonation in the second degree.
