SUMMARY: Bids were opened on Monday, August 2, 2004 for the Reservoir No. 15, Interior Coating
Replacement Project. A total of five (5) bids were received for the project (see attached Bid Opening List).
The low bidder is Coating Applicators, lnc. from Stanwood, WA for the Lump Sum Bid of $108,000.00.
The total contract amount, including Washington State Sales Tax, is $117~288.00.

Water Resources - Water Fund 401
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The attached Water Fund 401 Maintenance Budget listed
under "Structures & Grounds - 54830" in the amount of $200,000 shall support this project.
