SUMMARY: Hearing Examiner recommendation on a preliminary Planned Unit Development and
plat (File Number BP0-00231) to subdivide 2.486 acres of land into 22 individual lots in order to
construct 22 attached single-family dwelling units at the northeast comer of North Wycoff Avenue
and 25th Street. The recommendation included twenty-one (21) conditions to be imposed for final plat
approval.
