SUMMARY: Resolution 2927 granted preliminary approval to the Campbell Way Townhomes
PUD/Plat to subdivide 0.99 acres of land into 14 individual lots in order to construct 14 townhouses
at 1207 Campbell Way. The City Engineer and Community Development Director signatures
accompany the final plat recommending approval.
