SUMMARY: City Council passed Resolution No. 2930 approving the assignment of the City's
Comprehensive Garbage, Recyclables and Yard Debris Collection Contract from Rabanco, LTD to
Waste Management of Washington, Inc. Rabanco and Waste Management desire to extend the
effective date of the assignment from August 1, 2004, to September 1, 2004. The proposed resolution
amends Resolution No. 2930 extending the effective date of the assignment.
