SUMMARY: This amendment agreed to by the City and the BPOG will add one-half percent (.5%)
to each bargaining unit member's base pay rate effective July 1, 2004. To receive the payment, a
bargaining unit member must have been employed with the City on July 7, 2004, and must have been
hired on or before July 1, 2004.
ATTACHMENTS: Amended Article 5, Wages, Section 5.1
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Passage of this amendment would require a
budget adjustment in the amount of approximately $9,422 for 2004.
