SUMMARY: There is currently a vacancy in the Block Grant Advisory Committee for capital
projects. The specific opening is to be filled by a member of the City of Bremerton's Planning
Commission. It is recommended that the City Council confirm the Mayor's appointment of Jessica
Kennedy to fill the vacancy.
