SUMMARY: The City entered into an agreement with Parametrix, Inc. on February 10, 1997 for
design and right-of-way services for the SR 304 Transportation Improvement Project. Supplemental
Agreement #6 increases the contract amount by $229,201.35 to $2,792,366.46 and modifies the scope
of work for surveying, design and environmental work required for the Navy Yard Highway Stage of
the project between Charleston Beach Road and the SR3/304 Interchange. The contract completion
date is extended to December 31, 2006.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Supplement #6 increases the contract amount by
$229,201.35 over the amount approved in Supplemental Agreement #4. The revised budget is not to
exceed $2,792,366.46.
RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move to approve Supplemental Agreement No. 6 to the existing
Professional Services Agreement with Parametrix, Inc. and authorize the Mayor to finalize and
execute the necessary contract documents for the agreement.
