SUMMARY: The proposed resolution lays-out a schedule for adoption of development regulations
necessary to implement the 2003-2004 comprehensive plan (scheduled for adoption this date.)
Adoption of such a resolution is recommeded by the State Department of Community, Trade and
Economic Development (DCTED) as a means of assuring interested parties that the City is working
actively to meet deadlines established by the Growth Management Act.
