SUMMARY: The City has been awarded a Public Works Trust Fund Loan in the amount of
$250,000.00 for design and construction ora cure-in-place repair to the 42-inch Brentwood Storm
Drain. Installation of the cure-in-place pipe will be by Insituform Technologies, Inc. Cleaning and
preparation of the existing storm main, traffic control, and other activities required for the project will
be performed by City Forces.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): This project is not included in the current budget -
the stormwater budget will be increased by $250,000 in the 2004 year-end amending budget
ordinance.
