SUMMARY: This ordinance will establish the regular property tax levy in the amount of $5,275,463
and EMS levy in the mount $873,482 to be collected in 2005 which represents a percentage increase
of 1.0% from the previous year. In addition, the Ordinance will establish an excess property tax levy
in the amount of $912,030 for debt redemption of the voter-approved 2002 Public Safety UTGO
Bonds and $150,085 for debt redemption of the voter-approved 1997 UTGO Fire Refunded Bonds.
