SUMMARY: The current provisions of the BMC do not provide provisions relating to the regulation
and use of motorized wheeled transportation devices within City limits. The proposed ordinance
creates a new BMC chapter, Chapter 10.13, entitled "Motorized Wheeled Transportation Devices"
and further amends BMC Section 6.32.010(f) relating to noise level definitions and Section 13.04.100
entitled "Riding Motor Vehicles, Non-Motorized Vehicles and Horses" to provide for motorized
wheeled transportation devices.
