SUMMARY: The current provisions of BMC 21.22 relating to appeal appeals of critical areas land
use decisions and enforcement of violations of the critical areas code are outdated. The proposed
ordinance updates those provisions to obtain more efficient and effective appeal and enforcement
processing.
