SUMMARY: On 7/07/04, the city Council approved the 2005 Community Development Block
Grant (CDBG) Policy Plan which included CDBG roles and regulations, as well as the
application/allocation process. Funding availability was advertised on 6/8/04 and applications were
accepted until 8/20/04. The CDBG Advisory Committees reviewed the applications, conducted
interviews and individually rated each applicatiorr Attached are the Committee funding
recommendations based on their scores.

with scores, and Project Descriptions.
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): $862,762 in federal HUD funding
