SUMMARY: Hearing Examiner recommendation on a preliminary Planned Unit Development and
plat (File Number BP04-00334) to subdivide 2.69 acres of land into 18 individual lots in order to
construct 18 attached single-family and townhouse dwelling units at the north side of Arsenal Way,
200 feet east of Marion Avenue. The recommendation included sixteen (16) conditions to be imposed
for final plat approval.

proposed conditions.
