SUMMARY: A preliminary annual budget for fiscal year 2005 has been prepared and filed in the
Office of City Clerk for the City of Bremerton; public hearings have been held for the purpose of
fixing the fmal City Budget; and the City Council has deliberated and made adjustments and changes
deemed necessary and proper.
