Th~ S~attle Outboard Aasociation ($OA) has applied (Exhibit 1 ) to the City of Br~m~on for p~nnission
to host a hydtoptane,/~mrJx)ut ra~ on Kitsap Lak~. A m~ting of afl, card City Departmeats (i.e. Police,

ev~at for 3 and 4 May 2003, A public meeting with din~tly impacted n~ighbors~ was held on l0 March
2003 to discuss the possibility of holding this event. During the evmt, the lako will have to b~ closed to
all other activity.
M~tion to approve the Seattle Outboard/L~ociation' s application, including the added roquirements
documemed on exhibit 2, to hold a hydroplane/runabout race on Kitsap Lake on May 3~ and 4* 2003.
