4. SUMMARY STATEMENT AND REQUIREMENT FOR COUNCIL ACTION:
Over the last several months, the job description and title for the position of "Municipal Services Coordinator"
has been reviewed. It is proposed that the job description be modified to fit the responsibilities of the position
in order to support the Mayor in the effective administration of the City's business.
8. RECOMMENDED ACTION: It is recommended that the City Council approve a change ~ ~e title of
the position of"Municipal Se~ices Coordinator" to "Executive Coor~nator" and approve the attached new job
