SUMMARY: As a consequence of Bremerton's Downtown economic development efforts, the City
needs to reroute exiting ferry traffic through its downtown core and has secured federal funding for
the design of the Downtown Pedestrian/BTC Access Improvements. Exeltech Consulting Inc., has
been selected from qualified engineering firms to provide engineering and environmental consulting
services for this project and a professional services agreement (PSA) has been negotiated for the
required services for Design of Downtown Pedestrian/BTC Access Improvements in the amount of
$3,885,804 with a Management Reserve of $39,888 for a total authorized amount of $3,925,692.00. It
is recommended City Council approve execution of the attached PSA.
