SUMMARY: Bids were opened on Monday, July 28, 2003 for the restroom renovation of the
Sheridan Park Community Center. A total of one (1) bid was received for this project. (See attached
Bid Opening List) The low bid was received from Loft Leite, Women's Work Construction, of
Colby, Washington for the lump sum bid of $ 36,700.00. The total contract amount, including WSST
is $ $ 39,819.50.

This bid is pm of the Sheridan Park Community Center Rehabilitation project that has already been

RECOMMENI)EI) MOTION: That the City Council approve the contract to Lori Leite, Women's
Work Construction from Colby, Washington, for the r~troom renovation of Sheridan Park
Community Center, in the amount of ',$ 39,819.50, including Washington State sales tax, and
authorize the Mayor to execute the contract.
