SUMMARY: Bids were opened on Monday, June 23, 2003 for the Reservoir 6-Elevated Tank
Repair & Seismic Upgrade. A total often (10) bids were received for the project (see attached Bid
Opening List).
The low bidder is A.M. James Company, Inc. fi.om Gig Harbor, WA for the Lump Sum of
$83,479.00. The total contract amount, including Washington State Sales, is $90,574.72.
ATTACHMENTS: Bid Opening List.
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): None. The lump sum bid amount is within the
Water Fund Capital Budget listed under Reservoir Seismic Upgrades.
