SUMMARY: The City initiated the vacation of the southerly 6 feet of East 31st Street between
Olympus Drive and Saunders Avenue. The vacated area will be incorporated into the abutting City
owned property to provide adequate area for fire station expansion. This is a Class I right-of-way and
compensation is not required in accordance with BMC 11.20.080.
