SUMMARY: Bids were opened on Monday, May 19,2003 for the Forestry Division's Biosolids Roof
Structure. A total of six (6) bids were received for the project (see attached Bid Opening List).
The low bidder is TEC Construction, Inc. ~om Kingston, WA for the Lump Sum Bid of $59,300.00.
The total contract amount, including Washington State Sales Tax, is $64,340.50.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): This project was included inthe 2003 Capital
budget. Sufficient funds are available within the Water Fund (401) capital budget to provide for this
project.
