SUMMARY: The amendment increases the funding from The Kitsap Public Facilities District (PFD)
to The City of Bremerton by the sum of $75,000. The amendment additionally reduces restrictions
on times of payments of funding by the PRD to the City.
ATTACHMENTS: First Amended and Restated Interlocal Agreement Regarding Funding,
Development and Operation of the Kitsap Regional Conference Center.
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Increases PFD funding in sum of $75,000.

RECOMMENDED MOTION: I move to approve and authorize the Mayor finalize and execute the
First Amended and Restated Interlocal Agreement Regarding Funding, Development and Operation of
the Kitsap Regional Conference Center with substantially the same terms and conditions as contained
in the proposed agreement.
