SUMMARY: The management agreement is a five year agreement for Columbia Hospitality to book
events, provide food and beverage services and manage the Conference Center Facility. The
agreement establishes conditions for early termination, annual review, and opportunity for extension.
The agreement includes the management fee schedule.

Management Agreement between City of Bremerton and Columbia Hospitality, Inc. with substantially
the same terms and conditions as contained in the proposed agreement.
