SUMMARY: The City has been awarded three Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Loans; NAD
Park Bank Stabilization ($510,000), Casad Dam Valve Replacement ($127,500), and Pump Station 4
Upgrade ($1,058,760). The agreements are under the same terms and conditions as prior agreements.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Funds would not be available for the affected
projects.
