SUMMARY: On May 14, 2003, the City Council accepted the findings of the Hearing Examiner and
the Hearing Examiner's recommendation for approval of the SWC Partnership Rezone from Single
Family 3 (SF-3) to General Business (GB). The proposed ordinance accomplishes the rezone.
