S~Y: The City issued an RFQ for architect services in February. We received twelve
responses. The proj~'t team selected four firms for interview. Interviews were held in March. The
interview team evaluated each firm based upon the following criteria: a) strength of the proposed
team; b) demonstrated flexibility in design concepts; c) experience in designing Police/Court
Facilities; d) compatibility/responsiveness to owner team; f) location of key personnel. The architect
firm of Arai/Jackson was selected.
ATTACIIMENTS: Professional Services Agreement
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): $282,260.00 indaded in Public Safety Bond Issue.
