SUMMARY: The Phase I Development Agreement between the City of Bremerton and Chaffey
Corporation sets forth the agreement for Chaffey to perform a market study, create a critical path for
design development coordination with the City's Department of Community Development,
development of a concept site plan, architectural review and study for proposed housing types and
mixture. The agreement includes payment of a fee in the event of termination and an option to
purchase upon approval of design and other conditions.
