SUMMARY: The Department of Public Works and Utilities has negotiated a Professional Services
Agreement with Measurment Research Corporation to perform a pavement distress survey, update the
pavement condition ratings for all City streets, and update the pavement Maintenance and
Rehabilitation Plan. This update occurs every two to three years. The not-to-exceed authorized
contract amount is $26,092.
